When cooked correctly, Indian food tastes like pure heaven, but the problem is that people don’t tend to cook it correctly. They tend to use the wrong spices, and load up the dishes with chilli which overpowers the taste and burns the throat of those who happen to be eating it. The great thing about Indian cuisine is that there are so many dishes to choose from. If you’re a spice lover then there are hotter dishes, if you like rich and creamy sweet dishes, there are plenty of options, and if you like something in-between, again, there’s plenty of choice. From crispy fried starters, vegetable side dishes, soft, flakey, and buttery bread, and delicately spiced curries and rice dishes, there is something for everybody when it comes to Indian cuisine.
